Hormones play an integral role in our wellbeing. For women, each week of our month is dictated by the movement or absence of hormones. To ignore this is to do a disservice to the whole person.
psycho
We’re taught to internalise our distress, to call ourselves ‘too sensitive,’ ‘too emotional,’ or simply ‘not enough.’ But your inner world, your anxious thoughts, and your coping mechanisms are not personal failures; they are adaptive responses to the life you’ve lived. By untangling these psychological patterns with self-compassion rather than shame, we make space for healing and self-trust.
social
We have societal rules; some protect us all and some protect the men. Few protect the women. By breaking down these societal expectations that no longer serve us, or don’t consider the wider context of 21st-century living, we have the opportunity to ask ‘what do you want?’
