Beyond the Therapy Room
While my clinical work is my calling, my own ‘human’ story is what grounds me. After living in Australia over a decade ago, where I met my husband, we then spent several years in the UK. During that time, I focused on my postgraduate studies, founded two counselling services for carers, established my private practice, and began the wonderful, busy journey of starting our family.
In 2025, we made the big move back to Australia to start our next chapter. When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll likely find me on a netball court or deeply immersed in my latest renovation project. I have a genuine passion for the process of restoring and creating beautiful spaces. Most of all, I cherish time with my two daughters. Whether we are playing together or I’m planning our next home project, my life is fueled by the same values I bring to my practice: connection, creativity, and the belief that we are all ‘works in progress’.
